Målet med upphandlingen är att ingå fem (5) avtal, ett för varje kategori. Uppdraget avser att som konsult för respektive kategori genomföra Fas 1 för det nya sjukhusområdet beläget i Östra Ramlösa, Helsingborg. Uppdraget för respektive kategori kan komma att utökas med optioner avseende fas 2 och fas 3.
