Isporučene robe trebaju biti nove i nekorištene vidljivo označene : • deklaracijom i potvrdom o kemijskom sastavu isporučenog materijala • oznakom proizvođača/ Ponuditelj je obvezan isporučivati robe sukladno Zakonu o tehničkim zahtjevima za proizvode i ocjenjivanje sukladnosti NN 126/21.
