Predmet nabave sadrži standardno održavanje i pravo korištenja programske opreme Blue Coat s uključenom softverskom podrškom za sve podelemente softvera (uključuje nove verzije svog potrebnog softvera, zakrpe i nadogradnje). Podrška za zamjenu uređaja u slučaju hardverskog kvara. Stvarna nabavljena količina na temelju sklopljenog ugovora o javnoj nabavi može biti veća ili manja od okvirne količine, a ovisit će o stvarnoj potrebi Naručitelja tijekom važenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi. Količina predmeta nabave sukladna je Prilogu br. 2. – Troškovniku koji je sastavni dio Dokumentacije.
