Description
Predmet nabave je razvoj sustava označavanja alkohola i alkoholnih pića markicama sukladno Troškovniku i Tehničkoj specifikaciji iz Priloga br. 1. i 4. ove Dokumentacije. Nabavlja se novo aplikativno rješenje koje će integrirati sve sudionike procesa elektronički, funkcionalno objediniti procese upravljanja posebnim markicama za označavanje alkohola i alkoholnih pića, od zaprimanja zahtjeva trošarinskih obveznika za tiskanje markica, naručivanja do konačnog utroška. Novo rješenje omogućit će službenicima Naručitelja cjelovit i učinkovitiji pregled i upravljanje podacima o tiskanim, preuzetim, utrošenim i vraćenim markicama. Također, u sklopu projekta provest će se tehnološka unapređenja u smislu integracije s vanjskim sustavom (e-GOP), čime će se službenicima Naručitelja olakšati poslovanje. Aplikacija bi osigurala prelazak s papirnatog poslovanja na elektronički način poslovanja.
