Description
Heim municipality shall procure SOC services that shall monitor and analyse the IT environment 24/7. The service shall respond to events. Siem tools/log collection shall be included in the SOC service. The SOC service shall also be a partner and consultant for security, with the surrounding functionality as backup, for IT in the municipality. A comprehensive description of the delivery is in Annex 1 of the contract.
