Committente: Unione della Romagna Faentina. L'appalto è suddiviso nei seguenti lotti: LOTTO 1): Servizi per la gestione del Centro Socio Occupazionale denominato "Il Sentiero"; LOTTO 2): Servizi per la gestione del Centro Socio Occupazionale denominato "Laboratorio integrato"; LOTTO 3): Servizi per la gestione del Centro Socio Occupazionale denominato "La lampada di Aladino", in conformità di quanto previsto da Capitolati speciali. Relativamente a ciascun lotto, il conseguente contratto avrà la durata di 3 anni, con decorrenza dalla data del verbale di avvio dell'esecuzione, ed eventuale rinnovo per ulteriori 3 anni. E’ facoltà dell’Unione della Romagna Faentina disporre l’eventuale proroga per un periodo comunque non superiore a 6 mesi. In tal caso, l’esecutore sarà tenuto a eseguire le prestazioni contrattuali ai prezzi, patti e condizioni stabilite nel contratto. Valore dell'appalto complessivo per tutti i lotti riferito alla prevista durata per ciascuno di essi stimato in via indicativa: € 3.056.018,40 (IVA esclusa).
