Description
The Office of the Revenue Commissioners is seeking views from the market to understand the nature, structure, capacity and capability of the market for the provision of Customer Call Handling and Management Services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to assist the Office of the Revenue Commissioners in clarifying its requirements and evaluating potential options for the provision of Customer Call Handling and Management Services. Revenue is issuing this RFI and invites responses from economic operators for the purpose of market research. As part of this market research exercise, Revenue, would like you to complete the questionnaire contained in the Request for Information document available to download from https://www.etenders.gov.ie/epps/pmc/viewPmc.do?resourceId=3319057. The information elicited from providers will contribute to Revenue’s procurement strategy in relation to Customer Call Handling.
