Voor de brandmeldinstallaties (BMI's) en de ontruimingsinstalalties (OAI's) is periodiek preventief onderhoud nodig, evenals occasioneel correctief onderhoud. Daarnaast biedt dit contract de mogelijkheid tot het uitvoeren / betrekken van extra producten en diensten die niet expliciet staan omschreven, maar wel als zodanig onder BMI/OAI-werkzaamheden vallen. Tevens is er gelegenheid tot het afroepen van CCV (her)certificaties.
