Description

Le présent marché a pour objet le traitement de courriers et de services postaux associés. 13 Habitat dispose d'un Service Courrier qui depuis le Siège gère le courrier physique du siège et des 9 agences, soient : - Remise : Le courrier entrant (CE) : la réception postale (remise) et la collecte interne (navette) en agences, le tri et la distribution dans les services, - Collecte : Le courrier sortant (CS) : la collecte dans les services et dans les agences, la mise sous pli et l'affranchissement au suivi et contrôle de la distribution. - Affranchissement et distribution - Prestations occasionnelles / distribution documents techniques Le contrat à passer prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum mono-attributaire en application des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est de 300 000 euro(s) HT par période soit 1 200 000 euro(s) HT pour la durée totale du marché (48 mois)
