Description
La présente consultation concerne l’administration et la réalisation des tests de performance en situation opérationnelle des agents de sûreté sur les sites des Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur (Aéroport Nice Côte d’Azur + Aéroport Cannes-Mandelieu), conformément à la réglementation en vigueur. Spécificité : conformément à l’article L2141-10 du Code de la commande publique, toute entreprise titulaire d’un marché pour assurer des prestations de sûreté avec les Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, ainsi que ses filiales, ne pourra pas candidater pour le présent marché relatif à la réalisation des Tests de Performance en Situation Opérationnelle (TPSO). Conformément à l’article R.2162-2 du code de la commande publique, le marché implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre avec un seul opérateur. Nombre maximal envisagé de participants à l’accord-cadre : 1 Conformément à l’article R.2162-4 du Code de la commande publique, l’accord-cadre est passé sans minimum, et est encadré par un montant maximum de 710 000,00 HT, pour toute la durée de l’accord-cadre, toutes reconductions comprises.
