Description
Cette consultation est relancée suite à la déclaration sans suite pour motif d'intérêt général de la consultation n°CALITOM-2024-S04AO publiée sur la plateforme de dématérialisation le 22 avril 2024, et publiée au BOAMP le 23 avril 2024 (n°24-47349) et le JOUE publiée le 23 avril 2024 (n°240640-2024). Les prestations attendues sont :- Le broyage de végétaux sur les plateformes (sites de compostage répartis sur l'ensemble du territoire de Calitom en annexe 1 du CCTP) ; - La constitution d'un andain avec le broyat obtenu ; - L'enlèvement et la mise en dépôt des indésirables et du refus de broyage. Il s'agit d'accords-cadres avec maximum passés en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique qui donneront lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réparties en 2 lots : - lot n°1 : "prestation de broyage des déchets verts dans le secteur nord" ; - lot n°2 : "prestation de broyage des déchets verts dans le secteur sud"
