Description
L'objet de la consultation porte sur une prestation de service de traitement des lixiviats sur 3 centres d'enfouissement technique de Calitom (Sainte-Sévère, Poullignac et Rouzède). La prestation comprend la mise en place d'unités de traitement pouvant être mobiles ou non en fonction des sites, permettant le traitement global des lixiviats stockés et produits par les sites pendant la durée du marché, ainsi que les sous-produits pouvant être générés par la filière de traitement mise en place. De plus, avec l'évolution des réglementations applicables au traitement des eaux résiduaires et notamment avec l'émergence des PFAS, le process retenu devra être capable de s'adapter à ces nouvelles mesures dans la mesure du possible. La prestation est estimée entre 78 000 m3 et 115 000 m3 de lixiviats à traiter sur l'ensemble des sites. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique et donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande
