Description
La présente consultation concerne la prestation d'assurance "Flotte automobile et risques annexes" qui constitue l'ensemble du marché. Les candidats devront proposer obligatoirement une offre correspondant à l'offre de base et aux prestations supplémentaires éventuelles. Les variantes libres, au sens de l'article R. 2151-8 du code de la commande publique, ne sont pas autorisées. Le marché est conclu pour une durée de 5 ans à compter du 1er janvier 2025. Le marché est réservé aux entreprises d'assurances et personnes habilitées à présenter des opérations d'assurance en vertu des articles L.310-1 et suivants, L.500, L.500-1 et L.511-1 et suivants du Code des assurances ou équivalent pour les candidats européens
