Upphandlingen avser fysiska presentkort till Skellefteå kommuns anställda för användning i butiker och verksamheter inom Skellefteå kommun. Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa en smidig och kvalitativ lösning för inköp och distribution av presentkort som ska användas för att uppmärksamma och visa uppskattning till personal, exempelvis vid jul.
