En (1) hjulgrävare 19-22 ton till Samhällsbyggnad Transport och services verksamhet som ska ingå i Skellefteå kommuns beredskap.   Hjulgrävaren får vara begagnad, men som äldst årsmodell 2022 samt gått max  3 000 drifttimmar. Skellefteå kommuns budget för upphandling av en (1) hjulgrävare är max 2 800 000 SEK. Maskinen ska fritt levereras till Skellefteå kommun, Lagergatan 21C, 931 36 Skellefteå.
