Description
The overall objective of this call is to identify organisations which can support EFSA in different activities in preparation of the update of the EU Menu Guidance. The specific objectives of the contract resulting from this procedure are as follows and can be addressed independently from one another. Nevertheless, the methodological coherence should be ensured between the three objectives: Objective 1: Proposal for FoodEx2 simplification and compendium of facets, Objective 2: Proposal for a Central Food Propensity Questionnaire Objective 3: Software specifications and protocol proposal for self-administered dietary assessment
