Description
Without prejudice to competition in the marketplace, the purpose of this process will be to examine and consider the various technical and commercial options which might present themselves through a competitive tender process to be advertised in the near future. This exercise is being carried out in accordance with Art. 40 of Directive 2014/24/EU. The Contracting Authority is seeking to identify potential partners with expertise in Generative AI within a Microsoft enterprise environment. Public-sector experience across the EU is welcome but not essential. This PMC builds on our work through the GenAI Lab in partnership with ADAPT and our proof-of-concept projects. Key focus areas include, but are not limited to: Working with large volumes of unstructured data. Querying of organisation documents. Utilisation of retrieval augmented generation to improve administrative processes. Creation of chatbots to assist in a number of organisational functions. Reducing hallucinations and improving accuracy through guardrails and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
