Fornecimento e instalação de uma unidade de produção fotovoltaica para autoconsumo com 2 MW (admitindo-se o reajuste deste valor, para mais ou para menos, de modo maximizar a produção, mas condicionada ao valor base do concurso), e respetiva interligação à rede elétrica portuária, a instalar em terrenos afetos à área de jurisdição do Porto de Sines, incluindo o respetivo projeto de licenciamento, os serviços de técnico responsável pelo projeto, pela execução e contrato O&M durante 20 anos.
