Predmetom zákazky je poskytnutie poistných služieb pre obstarávateľa, ktoré sa týkajú poistenia majetku nadobudnutého z nenávratného finančného príspevku (NFP). Predmet zákazky zahŕňa dve skupiny poistenia (živelné poistenie; poistenie strojov, strojových zariadení a elektroniky). Opis predmetu zákazky je zapracovaný do znenia návrhu poistnej zmluvy, ktorá je Prílohou č. 5 súťažných podkladov a do Prílohy č. 1 súťažných podkladov, ktorá je zároveň Prílohou č. 1 poistnej zmluvy.
