Description
Riigihanke esemeks on raamlepingu sõlmimine 36 kuuks ja selle alusel vastavalt kujunevale vajadusele piima ja piimatoodete tarnimine riigihanke alusdokumentides esitatud ning raamlepingus kajastatud tingimustel koos transpordiga hankija asukohtadesse ja üleandmine hankijale. Riigihanke eseme tehniline kirjeldus on esitatud riigihanke alusdokumentide lisas 2 „Lisa 2. Tehniline kirjeldus ja pakkumuse maksumuse vorm“, mille pakkuja peab täitma ja esitama koos pakkumusega.
