Description
Riigihanke esemeks on erinevate ravimite ostmine. Riigihanke eseme täpsem kirjeldus on toodud dokumendis „Lisa 1. Tehniline kirjeldus“. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitakse igas riigihanke osas raamleping ühe pakkujaga 36 kuuks. Raamlepingute alusel eraldi hankelepinguid ei allkirjastata, vaid raamlepingu täitmine toimub tellimuste alusel. Pakkumuses esitatud ravimi ühiku hinnad kehtivad kogu raamlepingu kehtivusajal.
