Description
Tyresö kommun upphandlar utförande av personlig assistans enligt LASS, Socialförsäkringsbalken (2010:110), och LSS, Lagen om stöd och service, 9 § 2 p. Denna upphandling omfattar de brukare som inte kan eller vill välja utförare av personlig assistans enligt 9:2 § LSS eller assistansersättning enligt SFB 2010:110. Uppdraget omfattar de brukare som idag har personlig assistans samt de brukare som framöver väljer beställaren som utförare av personlig assistans.
