Description

Upphandlingen omfattar utförande av personlig assistans enligt 51 kap. Socialförsäkringsbalken, SFB (2010:110) samt enligt Lagen om stöd och service till vissa funktionshindrade, LSS (1993:387) för barn, ungdomar och vuxna som är folkbokförda i Linköpings kommun. Utföraren kommer ha i uppdrag att: Anordna och utföra biträde av personlig assistans till de assistansberättigade som väljer kommunen som utförare av personlig assistans alternativt inte vill eller förmår att välja en assistansanordnare att utföra personlig assistans. Ansvara för det kommunala basansvaret. I nuläget omfattas uppdraget totalt av 35 ärenden, så väl SFB beslut som LSS beslut.
