Σκοπός του παρόντος Διαγωνισμού είναι η ανάδειξη αναδόχου για τη Μίσθωση δύο (2) μηχανημάτων διάστρωσης πεδίων χιονοδρομίας – πιστών, ενός (1) μηχανήματος εκχιονισμού, μίας (1) φρέζας εκχιονισμού, δύο (2) κανονιών τεχνητής χιόνωσης και ενός (1) αναβατήρα baby-lift για χρήση στο Χιονοδρομικό Κέντρο Βόρας – Καϊμακτσαλάν (ΧΚΒ), μετά του αναγκαίου/κατάλληλου για τον χειρισμό και την παροχή των σχετικών υπηρεσιών προσωπικού για τις χιονοδρομικές περιόδους 2024- 2025, 2025-2026 και 2026-2027 και σύμφωνα με τους αντίστοιχους πίνακες αναγκών. Η σύμβαση δύναται να διακοπεί αζημίως για την ΕΤΑΔ ΑΕ κατόπιν προηγούμενης έγγραφης ειδοποίησης δεκαπέντε (15) ημερών στον Ανάδοχο. Αναλυτική περιγραφή του αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στα ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΑ Ι και ΙI της διακήρυξης. Στο αντικείμενο επίσης περιλαμβάνεται η χορήγηση από τον Ανάδοχο του αναγκαίου και κατάλληλου για τον χειρισμό των ως άνω μισθωμένων μηχανημάτων προσωπικού που περιλαμβάνει κατά μέγιστο αριθμό τέσσερα (4) άτομα, με ειδικότητα αυτή των χειριστών μηχανημάτων έργου και με ανάλογη κατοχή του σχετικού διπλώματος χειρισμού μηχανήματος έργου.
