Oulun kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia palveluliikenteen kyydinvälitysjärjestelmästä ja siihen liittyvistä palveluista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Oulun kaupungin kutsuohjatun palveluliikenteen välitysjärjestelmän kautta välitetään kuukaudessa n. 5000-6000 matkaa. Välitys on avoinna kuutena päivänä viikossa. Oulun kaupunki tuottaa omana palveluna kuljetuksien välityksen.
