Hankinnan kohteena olivat Outokummun kaupungin, Outokummun Seudun Teollisuuskylä Oy ja Kiinteistö Oy Kummun Kodit hallinnoimien kiinteistöjen sähkötekniset työt sopimuskaudelle 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2027 + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus + yhden (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
