Oulun kaupungin Yhdyskunta- ja ympäristöpalvelut, kadut ja liikenne, jatkossa tässä tarjouspyynnössä myös (”Tilaaja” tai ”Hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjousta ajoneuvojen siirtolain mukaisesta kunnan siirrosta ja säilyttämisestä Oulun kaupungin alueella tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohteena on Oulun kaupungin alueella hylättyjen ja romuajoneuvojen siirrot, varastointi, dokumentointi sekä romutuspalvelu.
