Detta uppdrag avser ett delat konsultuppdrag, konstruktör, för förstudie och projektering för modernisering och upprustning av befolknings-skyddsrummet Otterhällan. Moderniseringen inriktas på att upprätta erforderliga skyddsfunktioner gällande installation, berg, betong samt bygg. Moderniseringen ska inriktas så att full skyddsförmåga upprätthålls i ytterligare minst 20 till 30 år, samt att åtgärda underhållsbehov i anläggningen. Moderniseringen ska också möjliggöra fortsatt användning av Otterhällan i fredstid.
