Description
Region Sörmland och Region Västmanland (köpare) genomför upphandling av ortopedtekniska tjänster i enlighet med vad som beskrivs i upphandlingsdokumenten. Upphandlingen avser ortopedtekniska tjänster vilket omfattar ansvar för och drift av den ortopedtekniska verksamheten med avseende på måttagning, tillverkning, utprovning, anpassning, modellframställning, reparation och underhåll samt service av ortopedtekniska hjälpmedel. Uppdraget omfattar också konsultservice samt medicinsk, teknisk och administrativ uppföljning av tillhandahållna hjälpmedel i exempelvis olika teamverksamheter som gåskola, habiliteringsteam, diabetesteam, sårvårdsteam och fotteam. Avseende avtalsområde 1 Ortopedteknisk avdelning, ska Leverantören driva ortopedteknisk avdelning (OTA) i köparens lokaler på sjukhus enligt nedan: Region Sörmland: • Mälarsjukhuset i Eskilstuna • Nyköpings Lasarett i Nyköping • Kullbergska Sjukhuset i Katrineholm Region Västmanland: • Västmanlands Sjukhus i Västerås Uppdraget omfattar följande produktgrupper inom avtalsområde 1: • Extremitetsproteser (Nedre och övre) • Extremitetsortoser (Nedre och övre) • Spinala ortoser • Ortopediska skor och skoinlägg inklusive skoanpassnin…
