Description
The contracting authority has decided to adopt and implement a new financial system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operation (hereafter referred to as F&O), for the companies within its group. The current system, which is planned to be replaced, is Unit4. The contracting authority intends to conduct a closed tender, requesting bids for the analysis, implementation, and subsequent service for the new financial system for Orkuveitan and its subsidiaries. In the pre-qualification process, companies interested in participating in the closed tender are requested to submit an application for participation to the contracting authority. Applications for participation must be submitted by the deadline specified in section 1.2.3 of the pre-qualification documents
