Description
The Climate Agency in Oslo municipality invites tenderers to a market survey (RFI) for the procurement of a review that looks at the organisation of traffic in Oslo in a new light to achieve a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and passenger car traffic. The aim of the market survey is to get more information on how such an analysis or review can be solved and get suggestions on how the effects of different systems can be calculated. The information from the market survey will be used directly in the preparation of tender documentation for any future announcement of assignments.
