Description

Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е "Определяне на изпълнител на консултантска услуга, във връзка с проектиране и строителство на обект Автомагистрала "Струма" Лот 3.2 с две обособени позиции". Целта на общ. поръчка е да бъдат определени изпълнители и да се сключат договори с тях за изпълнение на конс. услуги за всяка една от обособените позиции, във връзка с проектирането и стр-вото на трасето на АМ "Струма" Лот 3.2.1 и Лот 3.2.2 и на пътните връзки в съотв. участъци. Поръчката ще бъде изпълнена в съотв-е с договорните условия на FIDIC, Жълта книга, издание 1999 г., като Консултантът ще изпълнява функциите на Инженер, съгласно договорните условия на FIDIC, Жълта книга, издание от 1999 г.: "Договорни условия за технологично оборудване и проектиране-строителство, за електро и машинно-монтажни работи и за строителни и инженерни обекти, проектирани от Изпълнителя" и ще упражнява необходимите дейности по строителен надзор, съгласно ЗУТ.
