Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej na budowę drogi dla rowerów w Białymstoku wzdłuż Alei Jana Pawła II wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego. W ramach zadania należy opracować dokumentację projektową na wykonanie połączenia z projektowaną drogą dla rowerów na odcinku od Al. Konstytucji 3 Maja do ul. Wierzbowej po stronie północnej ulicy (z wykorzystaniem drogi serwisowej) oraz przejazdem rowerowym na skrzyżowaniu z ul. Hetmańską wraz z przebudową sygnalizacji świetlnej i dodatkowym wyznaczeniem przejazdu dla rowerów na wysokości sklepu Decatlon, orientacyjna długość to około 0,9 km oraz opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej na budowę kładki pieszo - rowerowej nad rzeką Białą przy Al. Jana Pawła II.
