1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej na przebudowę drogi dla rowerów w Białymstoku, wzdłuż ul. Jana Klemensa Branickiego, ul. Piastowskiej oraz budowę przejazdu rowerowego przez Al. Józefa Piłsudskiego wraz z pełnieniem nadzoru autorskiego. 2.W ramach zadania należy opracować kompletną dokumentację projektową na : 1)przebudowę drogi dla rowerów (na asfaltową) w Białymstoku wzdłuż : a) ul. Jana Klemensa Branickiego (DK19) na odcinku od ul. Elektrycznej do ul. Świętojańskiej o długości około 0,3 km, b)ul. Piastowskiej (DK19) na odcinku od ul. Jana Klemensa Branickiego do ul. Sybiraków (prawa strona) wraz z chodnikiem i przejazdem rowerowym z sygnalizacją świetlną przez ul. Piastowską w rejonie nr 17, o długości około 1,1 km, 2) budowę przejazdu rowerowego z sygnalizacją świetlną przez Al. Józefa Piłsudskiego (droga gminna) w rejonie Banku Millenium oraz w rejonie ul. Kościelnej.
