Description
Eskilstuna kommun avser att inrätta ett öppet avtalssystem för platsförlagda yrkesutbildningar inom vuxenutbildning. Systemet är tänkt att vara ett ändamålsenligt och smidigt verktyg för att kunna köpa de platsförlagda yrkesutbildningar som arbetsmarknaden efterfrågar. Med ett öppet avtalssystem kan leverantörer tillkomma och frånfalla under hela systemets löptid. Det öppna avtalssystem inrättas initialt med en löptid om 10 år. Systemet kan dock komma att upphöra i förtid om kommunen så beslutar. Ett beslut om att systemet ska upphöra påverkar inte de avropsavtal som tecknats innan beslutet om upphörande. Det öppna avtalssystemet är ett tvåstegsförfarande där leverantörer först ansöker om att bli godkända. Leverantörer som är godkända kommer att bjudas in och får lämna anbud på avrop som kommunen gör av utbildning. Systemet innehåller fyra områden och en leverantör kan ansöka om godkännande inom ett eller flera områden.
