Description
The objective of this competition is to invite proposals from suitably qualified providers for the design and delivery of a Developmental Review training programme to MU staff. The Developmental Review is Maynooth University’s ‘Framework’ for facilitating individuals to better understand how they contribute to and support the delivery of the University’s Vision, Purpose, Values and Strategy through their individual and unit responsibilities. Alignment to MU Strategic Objectives: People and Culture Objective 3: Enabling our People to Develop Item 3.2: Career Planning and development framework Action 3.2a: Roll out Developmental Reviews across the University. The purpose of the Framework is to provide an opportunity for staff to reflect on their current objectives, contribution and any challenges they experience during a specific timeline. It will also set future individual objectives in line with university strategy and inform career planning and development requirements.
