Region Kalmar län har för avsikt att upphandla Onkogenetiskt test med produktnamn ”OncotypeDX” från Exact Sciences. Värde ca. 831 000kr per år i två(2) år. Motivering till val av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering s.k. ”Frivillig Förhandsinsyn” enligt nedan. Följande anses vara unikt för ”OncotypeDX” på marknaden: • Det enda genexpressionstestet som är validerat utifrån randomiserade prospektiva studier av evidensgrad 1A för både lymfkörtelnegativa och lymfkörtelpositiva patienter. • Det enda genexpressionstestet som är validerat för både premenopausla och postmenopausala patienter. • Det enda genexpressionstestet som utvärderats av Tandvårds- och läkemedelsförmånsverket (TLV) att vara kostnadsbesparande. • Det enda genexpressionstestet som utvärderats av Tandvårds- och läkemedelsförmånsverket (TLV) att adressera både över- och underbehandling. Avtal kommer ej ingås förrän minst 10 dagar har gått från den dagen annonsen om ”Frivillig Förhandsinsyn” publicerats.
