Description
Region Kalmar län (RKL) har för avsikt att upphandla 2st Allergi & Immunologi instrument med produktnamn ”Phadia 250” från Thermo Fisher Diagnostics AB. Värde ca. 1 800 000kr. Motivering till val av förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering s.k. ”Frivillig Förhandsinsyn” enligt nedan. Följande anses vara unikt för ”Phadia 250” på marknaden, samt för RKLs behov: • Instrumentet ”Phadia 250” kan kopplas till de flesta automationsbanor (LAS), om så önskas. • Klinisk Kemi i Region Kalmar Län analyserar idag tester som är unika och inte kan tillhandahållas via någon annan produkt/leverantör. Där ingår bl.a. Phadiatop och allergena komponenter för jordnöt, hasselnöt, cashew och valnöt. • Det finns ingen annan plattform som kan tillgodose befintliga analyser på ett och samma instrument, t.ex. IgE, TTG, ENA-screen, ENA, dsDNA, RF IgM, vaskuliter (GBM, PR3, MPO). Detta ger även en unik möjlighet för laboratorierna vid Klinisk Kemi och Klinisk Mikrobiologi i Region Kalmar Län att använda varandra för back-up om behovet skulle uppstå, och därmed säkra tillgänglighet i verksamheten.
