Description
Förhandsannonsering av kommande upphandling avseende om- och tillbyggnad av Ringsjöskolan som idag består av om- och tillbyggnadsetapper från både 60- och 80-talet. Mindre renovering och underhållsarbeten har utförts löpande inom huskroppar och installationer men som nu har behov att förnyas och moderniseras. Detta tillsammans med dagens ställda krav och framtida verksamhetsbehov ska hela skolan uppdateras byggtekniskt och arbetsmiljömässigt och målet är att nollställa hela skolan för framtida verksamhetsnyttjande. Projektet omfattar tillbyggnader och tillkommande skärmtak, väderskydd mellan matsal och skolbyggnad, utvändiga fasaddetaljer på befintliga byggnader, solceller, invändig renovering och uppgradering av fastighetens installationer. Projektomfattningen avser både verksamhetsanpassning och upprustning av fastighetens befintliga installationer samt arbete med befintliga skyddsrum inklusive komplettering av viss skyddsrumsutrustning.
