Tekijän- ja teollisoikeudet Tarkemmin hankinnan kohde ja osa-aluekohtaiset työsisällöt on määritelty Tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 1 Palvelukuvaus. Tavoite sopimuksen voimaantulolle on toukokuussa 2025.
