Description
Helsingborgs stad avser att utföra en nybyggnation av ett badhus i Oceanhamnen i Helsingborgs kommun. Beställaren har på grund av Projektets komplexitet beslutat att genomföra denna entreprenad som en totalentreprenad (ABT 06) med samverkan (s.k. partnering). Projektet kommer att bedrivas i två faser: Fas 1: Definiering av programhandlingar liksom projektering av systemhandlingar och bygglovshandlingar samt framtagande av kalkyl och riktkostnad. Fas 2: Detaljprojektering av bygghandlingar och byggproduktion liksom överlämnande och garanti- respektive ansvarstid.
