Description
Upphandling av samverkansentreprenad för F-9 skola, Ängelholms kommun. På fastighet Söndrebalj 11:1 har Ängelholmslokaler för avsikt att i samverkan uppföra nybyggnation av grundskola för årskurs F-9 för 550 elever med tillhörande utemiljö. Skolan uppförs med tillagningskök. I projektet ingår att i etapper riva och återbruka material från de befintliga skolbyggnader som idag finns inom fastigheten. Se övergripande förstudie för information om vilka byggnader som avses rivas och återbrukas. Skolverksamhet kommer under hela projektets gång att bedrivas inom fastigheten delvis i befintliga lokaler och delvis i etablerade moduler. Det kommer kräva anpassning av befintlig byggnad och ställer höga krav på samordning med verksamhet.
