Description

Upphandlingen avser totalentreprenad för om- och tillbyggnad av  Ängelholms Gymnasieskola, Rönnegymnasiet.  På fastighet Ankan 16 har Ängelholmslokaler för avsikt att genomföra en om- och tillbyggnation samt anläggning av tillhörande utemiljö.  Projektet är uppdelat i två huvudelar:  Huvuddel 1 Avser ombyggnation samt tillbyggnation om 6800  BTA samt anläggning av tillhörande utemiljöer. Den nya byggnaden bestående av 3 plan inrymmer undervisningslokaler, ett storkök med matsal.   Huvuddel 2 Avser ombyggnation inklusive rivning av befintligt kök och matsal samt anläggning av tillhörande utemiljöer.  Byggnaden ska inrymma undervisningslokaler  Skolverksamhet kommer under hela projktetsgång bedrivas inom fastigheten vilket innebär att det ställs höga krav på samordning med verksamhet.    Upphandlingen beräknas annonseras 2025-12-01 Sista anbudsdag är planerad till 2025-02-22
