Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Planungsleistungen der Technischen Ausrüstung für die Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 7 und 8 gemäß §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2021, Leistungsphasen 2 bis 9, für den Neubau eines Büro- und Laborgebäudes des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt am Standort Neustrelitz. . Für den Neubau wurde ein Bedarf von 101 Arbeitsplätzen mit einem Gesamtnutzungsflächenbedarf von ca. 2.265 qm definiert.
