Description
Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind Leistungen im Leistungsbild Projektsteuerung nach § 2, AHO-Schriftenreihe Nummer 9 "Projektmanagementleistungen in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft" der AHO-Fachkommission "Projektsteuerung/Projektmanagement", Stand März 2020, in den Handlungsbereichen A bis E in den Projektstufen 1 bis 5, für den Neubau eines Büro- und Laborgebäudes des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt am Standort Neustrelitz. . Für den Neubau wurde ein Bedarf von 101 Arbeitsplätzen mit einem Gesamtnutzungsflächenbedarf von ca. 2.265 qm definiert.
