Description
Relevant participants are persons who need a more comprehensive communication and follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Relevant participants are people who have 1 year or less left of punishment in the Norwegian Correctional Service, or after release, and who need a more comprehensive mediation and follow-up assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Participants will have different individual needs and it can include persons with both moderate and comprehensive assistance needs to get in or keep work. From experience, the target group has poorer health, lower education and weaker ties to working life than the general population.
