Predmet nabave obuhvaća nabavu usluga razvoja i održavanja EU sustava za potrebe Ministarstva financija, Porezne uprave sukladno Tehničkoj specifikaciji (Prilog br. 1.) i Troškovnicima, koji se stavljaju na raspolaganje kao posebni prilozi ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. EU sustavi čiji je razvoj i održavanje predmet nabave u ovom otvorenom postupku javne nabave su VIES, VAT Refund, eCommerce OSS (u koji je uklopljen bivši MOSS), IOSS-DR local node, CESOP i Posebna shema za mala poduzeća (SME). Pojam EU sustavi odnosi se na tih 6 (šest) sustava
