Nabava opreme za rekonstrukciju plinovoda Slobodnica - Negoslavci DN 400/50 Opseg poslova obuhvaća i pružanje usluga i isporuke robe koji nisu izrijekom navedeni ali su tehnički potrebni kako bi se ispunila tehnička jamstva i koji su, prema pravilima struke, neophodni za postizanje pune funkcionalnosti robe. Na predmetnu nabavu primjenjivati će se odredbe članka 395. Zakona o javnoj nabavi.
