NABAVA OPREME ZA REKONSTRUKCIJU MP MOLVE - NOVIGRAD DN 500/50 I MP PODSUSED - PČ IVANJA REKA DN 500/50 u skladu s Tehničkom specifikacijom/ Troškovnikom, važećim zakonima, pravilnicima, uredbama, propisima, hrvatskim normama i pravilima struke, te ostalim primjenjivim zakonima RH. Procijenjeni opseg, odnosno količina predmeta nabave navedena je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji/Troškovniku koja čini sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Opseg poslova obuhvaća i pružanje usluga i isporuke robe koji nisu izrijekom navedeni ali su tehnički potrebni kako bi se ispunila tehnička jamstva i koji su, prema pravilima struke, neophodni za postizanje pune funkcionalnosti robe. Sva roba mora biti nuđena na paritetu DDP (Incoterms 2020, najnovije izdanje) skladište Naručitelja - Plinacro, IVANIĆ GRAD, Ulica 65. bataljuna ZNG br. 3, te pušteno u rad i održavano na lokaciji Naručitelja (MP MOLVE - NOVIGRAD DN 500/50 I MP PODSUSED - PČ IVANJA REKA DN 500/50) sukladno Tehničkoj specifikaciji/ Troškovniku sve do potpune funkcionalnosti i upotrebljivosti. Na predmetnu nabavu primjenjivati će se odredbe članka 395. Zakona o javnoj nabavi
