Predmet javnog nadmetanja je nabava DMS sustava sukladno funkcionalnim zahtjevima iz Projektnog zadatka i količinama navedenim u Troškovniku. Predmet nabave obuhvaća uslugu izrade informacijskog sustava, uslugu redovnog održavanja izrađenog informacijskog sustava te uslugu proširenog održavanja. Opis predmeta nabave nalazi se u dokumentu Prilog 2 - Projektni zadatak, koji čini prilog Dokumentacije o nabavi. Sučelje isporučenog rješenja treba biti na hrvatskom jeziku.
